Just Show Up is all-inclusive planning for milestone birthdays, baby showers, quinceañeras, sweet sixteens and other private celebrations. One fee to SPC covers every vendor. Ruth and her team source them, contract them and pay them directly from your budget, so you can be present for the person you're celebrating.
They serve two different roles. A venue coordinator works for the venue and manages its space and staff. Your SPC planner works for you, managing the planning, the vendors and the logistics from beginning to end.

It's rarely too early to begin. Full-service wedding planning usually starts 12 months or more before the wedding. As soon as you know you're planning an event, reach out. Ruth can set a planning timeline based on your date, priorities, guest count and the complexity of your celebration.
