At SPC, our phased-based planning process is a flexible framework that adapts, evolves and responds to our client's event planning needs.
a. Questionnaire: Upon requesting our services and answering basic questions to help us understand the basics of your wedding, we will send you our detailed questionnaire (with contract and invoice), your response on our questionnaire gives us an overview about your event type and guide us on giving you a tailored recommendation for your proposed event.
b. ONE ON ONE-On-Boarding Meeting: In addition to our initial complimentary consultation which converts you to our esteemed client from a lead status, we will schedule an on-boarding meeting either in person or virtually to introduce all key parties involved, including the couple, wedding planner and any other essential team members, we will discuss overview of the couple's background, preferences, and vision for the wedding, go over the overall budget for the wedding, break down the budget into categories to ensure a clear understanding of how funds will be allocated, review our services,, clarify what is included in the planning package and discuss additional services available, communication pattern and many more.
c. Contract and Retainer: With our questionnaire, we provide our service contract and agreement for client to sign electronically and send an invoice to make 40% deposit, this retains your special date in our calendar.
d. Scope of Work: The scope of work highlights what services are included, what services are not included and what services can be added on. We also create a checklist for our client that will simplify their planning process.
For platinum package, we will create a design theme to bring your vision to life. We will provide a mood board for your wedding Style. This includes decor, florals, style, theme and colors. You are able to add on decor and floral installation to your existing planning package with us.
This is where you get to be as involved as much or as little as they want. We will serve as the liaison between you and your hired vendors. You enjoy unlimited consultation through your preferred mode of communication, while we provide insight and knowledge throughout this process. We help with recommending venue, professional vendors, manage budget, implement decor and floral design if you add-on these services and help you stay on track.
FINAL PREP PHASE
Approximately four weeks prior to your wedding day, we will commence with the final planning stages of producing a detailed timeline, floorplan and task list, following up with vendors and wrapping up any last-minute plans that require attention, at one-two weeks to your wedding, we will contact all wedding professional and run the timeline with them, and circulate to all hired professionals the event timeline, floorplan and task list for general review and use, we also schedule a final walk through to the venue if applicable.
It is the Day of Celebration! SPC Team will be on site ahead of start time to manage all creative team members, logistically coordinating the flow of the day to ensure our client's event set up and vision is met. We will remain on the site after your wedding to supervise tear down and ensure a successful and timely venue evacuation.
This is an important phase for us at SPC Wedding & Event Mgt. After your wedding, we send a post-event report and questionnaire. We also send you a link to review your experience working with us on google. We understand that good reviews are important to our business growth but most importantly, we give our best to earn every excellent review from our clients.
