We are wedding and event specialists serving the Austin, Texas area and beyond. Event management is an ever-changing industry, it requires creative planning and re-planning, At SPC Wedding & Event Mgt, we've made it our specialty. Our talented team stays on top of your concerns, event trends, and other information of interest. Our inspiration comes from your unique stories. We make you feel like a guest at your own event, This is why our services remain valuable resources to our clients' event needs.

In addition to planning your celebration, we will work with you to dream up your wedding day design, from ceremony decor to reception design, bouquet and boutonniere to floral installation, dancefloor wrapping to up-lights. You will receive a personalized design proposal and consultation for your event design and also have access to our vases, candle votives, decor props, and arches inventory, and of course, set up and breakdown of your floral arrangements.

We met with Ruth three times in the months before our wedding, twice virtually and once at the venue. We also called and texted her regularly for advice. On the day of the wedding, Ruth arranged a rehearsal to prepare us for the ceremony. Her enthusiasm was infectious and my parents fell in love with her. When a vendor mishap occurred during our reception, Ruth coordinated with the other vendors to keep everything on schedule.
